2012 Flying S Farms CSA Application

For the 2012 Season we will have Full Shares, Half Shares available every week and Bi-Weekly Half Shares available every other week. Our season begins the first week in June and continues through the end of September. Additional 4 week "Fall Option" is available for the month of October. Upon registration we will send you an email of confirmation and include you in our email newsletter.

Half Shares are $323.00 for the 17 week season; add $60 for Fall Option, $382.00
