We are always in the planning stage to what we will be growing during the season so this list is not complete.
This list consists of several heirloom and hybrids varieties
but are not limited to the following:

Chard: Lucullus and Rainbow
Corn: Several varieties of sweet corn
Cucumbers: Slicers and pickling
Eggplant: Rosa Bianca, black beauty
Greens: Collards, Mustard, Turnip and Several varieties of Kale
Herbs: Basil, Cilantro, Dill, Oregano, Parsley, Rosemary, Sage and Thyme
Lettuce: Buttercrunch, summer crip, Romaine and more!
Okra: Clemson and more
Potatoes: Red Norland, Red Pontiac, Kennebec and All Blue
Melons: Amish Yellow, Golden Midget, Orange Flesh Honeydew, Sugar Baby
Peppers: Too many to list! Sweet and hot
Radish: Cherry Belle, French breakfast
Spinach: Bloomsdale and New Zealand
Squash: Pattypan varieties, crook and straightneck, zucchini, and many winter squash varieties
Tomatillo: Green Husk
